Had a very difficult situation with a water heater located in attic. Called several plumbers some who wouldn't even bid on project some who gave outrageous bids. Luckily found Jeff on Next-door and he came out and gave a very reasonable bid. He was scheduled to arrive at 9am and they were there at 8:55am ready to work.
